Plan an October escape to remember

Discover inner peace with gentle morning movement and soothing sessions as the sun fades...

Having grown up on the island, Gem is a Bryher local through and through, and she believes it is the perfect place to practice Yoga. Island life forces you to consider the natural world around you and to be more in tune with the elements; you are encouraged to go slower and to take stock of that which surrounds you. As such, our small island home is the perfect place to discover inner peace and take part in a Restore Retreat.

Come to the islands when the evenings start drawing in a little earlier and the autumn hue is setting in across the rocks, sands and grassy paths. Soak up the last rays of the season and explore Gem’s interpretation of yoga as a modality for health and healing ahead of the winter.

"We will weave together moments of conscious awareness through explorations of yoga and meditation. This retreat is an opportunity to surrender yourself to the slow pace of the island, enjoying a meaningful connection with the elements of nature, complemented by touches of luxury at the hotel."

"Soothing for body, mind and soul, this weekend getaway offers you a blissful sanctuary. A small group of participants will take part in sessions that combine gentle conditioning with calming practices, easing tension and promoting peaceful sleep."

With teaching sympathetic to your previous experience, the retreat is perfect for both seasoned yoga lovers and yoga novices in search of an adventure.

The retreat includes three nights' accommodation at the Hell Bay with breakfast and a revitalising green juice each morning. You will dine in our three-rosette restaurant and soak up the glamour and luxury of hotel life with a welcome mocktail on arrival and access to the hotel facilities - and the Tresco Abbey gardens should you fancy venturing off island!

Combining both meditation and yoga, it will be a trip to remember with rejuvenation and relaxation at the forefront. Unwind and slow down this October.

The cost of this break is £730 per person for a shared suite or £890 per person for a private suite. Non-participating partners are welcome at the cost of £640 per person (excluding yoga tuition).

But your Hell Bay stay doesn’t have to end there! Additional nights can be added at the end of the break so that you can fully unwind and reflect at your leisure…
