You'll enjoy three nights of differing culinary experiences, with dinners in our 3 AA Rosette resturant and our Hotel Bar as well as an inspiring cookery workshop in our rustic Crab Shack with guest chef AJ Turner of Truro School of Cookery, part of the Leiths School of Food & Wine Academy. AJ has planned a special menu utilising local produce and bringing our island flavours to life.
