Tresco & Bryher Food Festival 2014

This year’s Tresco & Bryher Food Festival is taking place on the weekend of 13th – 14th September. As always, festivities are shared by both islands, with Tresco hosting the event on Saturday and Bryher on Sunday.

Local food, local producers and local suppliers are at the heart of the festival – along with the island favourites, such as the Pender’s wonderful shellfish, Ales of Scilly, Tresco beef and St Agnes ice cream, this year’s highlights include Shrimp My Tide with a shrimping masterclass from local experts, then the chance to catch your own shrimps and have them cooked up for you to enjoy then and there, learn how to make lobster ravioli with Hell Bay’s Chef Richard Kearsley, learn how to fillet fish from a local fisherman and enjoy a claw-cracking good feast at Bryher’s Crab Shack’s festival finale!
