Restaurant menu

Our Head Chef, Richard Kearsley, uses local, seasonal and regional ingredients in his restaurant and bar menus. Bryher crab, lobster and farm vegetables all bought just a stone's throw from the kitchen door. We change our menus daily, largely depending on the availability of local produce, but here is a typical dinner menu that you will find at Hell Bay.
