Hell Bay Booking Terms and Conditions

Except where stated all prices quoted are per person per day for dinner bed and breakfast, and include VAT at the current rate.
We reserve the right to adjust the tariff should this become necessary through circumstances beyond our control.

Guests are requested to pay a deposit of 20% of the tariff for their whole stay to confirm their reservation, which can only be made subject to the rooms still being available on receipt.

Deposits are not refundable if the reservation has to be cancelled.

Accommodation is only reserved on the understanding that in the event of cancellation a charge amounting to two thirds of the full tariff payable will be made for any accommodation not relet over the reserved period. Every effort will be made to re-let accommodation on the guest's behalf.

Provisional reservations may be re-let after fourteen days if no deposit is received.

We strongly recommend that all our guests insure against holiday cancellation or delay. To cover these contingencies the Hotel provides a special insurance proposal for travel to the Isles of Scilly. Should guests decide to make other arrangements please ensure that the chosen policy covers all forms of travel delay, including weather conditions.

On request and at the discretion of the manager, dogs are permitted to stay at the Hell Bay.

Where flights or insurance are included we arrange and pay for flights/sea passage and/or insurance on your behalf. Your contract for these services is with the travel or insurance provider, not Tresco Estate. Payment to cover this is deducted from the requested deposit and the remainder is credited to your account on departure.

Short Break Terms and Conditions

All rates are per person for four nights, unless otherwise stated, inclusive of accommodation based on two people sharing, three course evening meal, full breakfast, return air fares (restrictions may apply), airport tax, scheduled (Non-scheduled boating may be charged at the prevailing tariff) boat transfers where applicable to Bryher taxi transport on arrival and departure where applicable, travel insurance and VAT at the current rate. All prices are based on the following accommodations: in Studio Suites, Spring or High Tide Suites, Shah or Guinevere suites with upgrade to Signature suites available at a supplement. Air transport is by helicopter from Penzance and plane from all other departure points. Children’s Rates Children (2 – 12) sharing with two adults. Hell Bay – £55 high tea, bed and breakfast per child per night. Own room 70% of tariff.
